About Ellen In Livermore, CA
As a longtime Livermore resident since 1978 and active in the real estate business and community since 1983, Ellen can attend to all your real estate needs and questions. Ellen and her husband, Henry Bettencourt, now retired, was a real estate broker and appraiser and they owned and operated Bettencourt Real Estate and Appraisal Company together in downtown Livermore for ten years specializing in residential and ranch sales and appraisals.
Ellen holds a B.A. from Cal State East Bay, Hayward, and an A.A. from Chabot College in real estate. She is active in the community working on political campaigns and community service projects. Ellen enjoys the after-effect of the real estate transaction as clients become life long friends.
